The way you wait in line without the fear of other pets is ingenious (call in to check in) and wait in the car. Rocky is a true representation of “scaredy cat”…he hates outside, strangers and being touched by anyone other than his human.🙄😑 So understanding this fact, I am always pleased to come here to Paradise and they can get him to do things that we can’t 😳…well except nail trims.That’s a story for another session! In making the most difficult decision to put my dog at peace, the staff and veterinarian’s empathy and compassion helped in the most caring and speedy way. With my own vet recovering from surgery I unfortunately went to another vet and was sincerely upset at the level of care and change of fees when I arrived. Luckily, I took my beloved dog away from that scenario and called Paradise Vet Hospital. From the compassionate voice of the person that assisted me to the comfort of the room to the immediate care and empathy of Dr. Twardzik, I was so glad I made this decision for my beloved Pug Sheldon to bring him peace with Paradise (a name aptly describing them). I recommend them highly!

I loved Paradise before this last visit and now I love it even more. They do everything in their power to make my babies comfortable. Kona had a rough visit this past weekend and we learned about “happy visits”. They will set aside time in their busy schedules to spend time with a pet in a room just to play with them and help them to learn that vets are not that bad. My baby wasn’t totally cured from her anxiety yesterday, but it was a huge step forward….. had to add a picture for smiles
