The way you wait in line without the fear of other pets is ingenious (text to check in and add your parking spot), the staff were professional,friendly, helpful, creative and kind, and even though there will always be sticker shock, they were patient and created a stress-free zone for pet parents to think and act. You know, we pet parents think we know best but they did a lot of gentle course correction and I appreciate the feedback! The decorations are cool too!

I loved Paradise before this last visit and now I love it even more. They do everything in their power to make my babies comfortable. Kona had a rough visit this past weekend and we learned about “happy visits”. They will set aside time in their busy schedules to spend time with a pet in a room just to play with them and help them to learn that vets are not that bad. My baby wasn’t totally cured from her anxiety yesterday, but it was a huge step forward….. had to add a picture for smiles

We've just recently switched to this vet and had an awesome experience so far. Our senior cat is totally at ease here, that takes some work! We're lookjng forward to switching our younger cats care here as well.
