Absolutely great vet service.

At Paradise, every single person in every role has been more than just competent and professional. They also provide the support and compassion that helps us deal with the stress when our pets need medical attention.

I loved Paradise before this last visit and now I love it even more. They do everything in their power to make my babies comfortable. Kona had a rough visit this past weekend and we learned about “happy visits”. They will set aside time in their busy schedules to spend time with a pet in a room just to play with them and help them to learn that vets are not that bad. My baby wasn’t totally cured from her anxiety yesterday, but it was a huge step forward….. had to add a picture for smiles

Highly recommend. They have given me same day appointments, explained things very carefully, give me choices for procedures and medication. I have been a customer with several dogs over the course of many years. Always responsive to questions.

Didn't know how good we had it here until we moved and had to find a new vet. This was our first vet with our first pet and in my opinion they set an astoundingly high expectation for us. We were recommended by a family friend and they did not disappoint. The pet care is top notch, we saw a variety of veterinarians and vet techs over the years and every one was great with our pup - they work to establish trust with the animal, they'll get on the ground and sit with them, give them all the treats they could dream of (owner approved of course). They respect the animal's boundaries in a perfect balance (ie our dog's boundary was no butt stuff, and they were willing to skip taking his temperature as he was overall healthy and that was unnecessary at the time). From a customer perspective, they always seemed very honest about recommended care, what was necessary vs what was more optional. They provide pricing up front and I especially appreciate that they were low-pressure, giving you time to consider options and prices before having to make a decision.

We did have to go through 1 operation on our pup with these guys and they were amazing with him. They gave us regular updates throughout the day on how his procedure was going and how he was recovering.

After moving too far away and trying a new vet, we can also acknowledge that their prices are more than fair.

I love Paradise for my elderly cats. They have always been incredible kind and thorough in their explanation and care.

I have been taking my dogs to Paradise Animal Hospital for 12 years. The vets and staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional and love animals. I have boarded my dogs at the Pet Hotel frequently and they have had the best care! I highly recommend Paradise for all pets!
