Our Pet Hotel in Catsonville
Paradise Pet Hotel at Paradise Animal Hospital is the premier place for your dogs or cats to stay while you’re on vacation or traveling away from home. With four walks a day, they may not even want to come home!
Our highly trained hotel staff are experts at taking care of your pet’s special needs. We know what it’s like to leave a member of the family, so we make sure they feel like it’s home. And if there are any unexpected problems, rest assured that the veterinary staff upstairs is ready to quickly get involved.
We also specialize in caring for disabled and geriatric pets.

What We Offer to Pet Hotel Guests in Catsonville
For our canine guests:
- Each dog will have their own comfortable run to rest in during the day. The sizes of each run varies per size of the pet. Dogs that are from the same family will have a larger space, with a door in the middle that can separate them for mealtimes.
- Each dog goes on 4 leashed walks per day in our fenced dog run. Unless they are from the same family, the dogs will see other dogs, but they do not interact with other dogs outside. If your dog does not get along well with other dogs, they can be walked separately.
- Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and microwave to allow us to prepare your dog’s food just how they like it. We always encourage food to be brought from home, but if not, we provide Royal Canin Gastrointestinal wet and dry food to our boarders.
- We also offer additional one on one playtimes, nail trims, anal gland expressions and baths.
For our feline guests:
- A completely separate from dogs, sound proof space is provided for our cats.
- Each cat will have their own comfortable condo with one side dedicated to a litter box and the other side for a cat bed and food. Each condo has 2 shelves to give the cat vertical space to stretch out. Each condo has floor to ceiling windows so the cats can bird watch and have additional mental stimulation.
- Each cat will have a rotation in our playroom during their stay. It is a much larger room with a cat tree, plenty of toys, and a large window for them to lounge in.
- We always encourage cat owner’s to bring food from home (since cats can be finicky), but if not, we provide Purina Pro Plan wet and dry food for our boarding cats.
- We also offer additional one on one playtimes and nail trims for cats.
All pets are monitored closely day for appetite, elimination, and overall well being closely by the kennel staff. We will keep in close contact with owners if we have any concerns. We also have rounds with a doctor each morning (with the exception of Sunday mornings) to check in with them about anyone we have concerns about. When the animal hospital is closed on holidays and weekends, we always have a doctor on call in case a pet falls ill. Please note that we are not a 24 hour facility and do not have overnight care.
